Fixes a bug where events could be duplicated on subsequent synchronizations. The batched query to get the existing event posts was returning inconsistently ordered results so an orderby clause is required in order to ensure consistency. https://github.com/jaredcobb/ccb-core/releases/tag/1.0.5
